Nicklas Kent serves as a Youth Development Coach for the Tampa Bay Lightning since September 2021, and as the Director and Goalie Coach for Kent Goalie Academy since May 2018, where Nicklas oversees a group of 12 to 14 goalies during sessions, including the youth hockey organization and high school goaltenders on Martha's Vineyard. Additional coaching roles include Goalie Coach for both the MVRHS Girls and Boys Varsity hockey teams. Nicklas has experience as a Zamboni Driver at Martha's Vineyard Ice Arena and previously worked as an Irrigation Technician for Automatic Lawn Sprinklers of Martha's Vineyard. As an Advisor for CN Sports Advisory, Nicklas assisted in placing players on minor professional hockey teams in Sweden, and also played as a goaltender for the Glimma Hockey Club in Sweden's minor league while coaching their U18 team.
