Manish Dua has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Manish began their career in 2004 as a Customer Care Executive at Airtel Prepaid Customers, where they interacted with prepaid customers and ensured their satisfaction. In 2006, they joined Finedge India Pvt Ltd as a Team Leader, where they managed floor operations and provided support to the process manager. Manish then moved on to BCUBE IT Service Pvt Ltd in 2007 as a Process Head, overseeing processes within the company. In 2011, they joined TBO.COM as the Vice President of Sales & Operations, responsible for sales and overall operations. Alongside this role, they also served as the Customer Service Head at Travel Boutique Online from 2011 to 2022.
Manish Dua completed an MBA in Operations from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in MBA in Operations from Panjab University from 2005 to 2007.
