Neera Chandak

Neera Chandak serves as the Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Compliance at TBO.COM since November 2021. Prior to this role, Neera worked at NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd. as Company Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, and Deputy General Manager of Legal from November 2010 to November 2021. Neera's career began at Visesh Infotecnics Ltd, holding the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from April 2007 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include a PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute (2017-2018), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (2007-2010), and an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) designation from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, Neera holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from Lucknow University (2001-2003).
