Pankaj Trivedi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as VP Engineering for Hotels, Growth, and Connected Trips at TBO.COM since September 2025, Pankaj previously held roles including Principal Engineer at Freshworks, where platform services were built and scaled, supporting approximately $1B in annual revenue for over 70,000 global customers. As Chief Technology Officer at a revolutionary health-tech startup from February 2020 to March 2021, Pankaj drove product and technical strategies from concept to execution. Significant contributions at PayU included developing a reinforcement learning-based transaction routing engine and creating a distributed messaging infrastructure.
