Kevin Peralta

Assistant, International Operations And Player Development at Tampa Bay Rays

Kevin Peralta is an experienced professional in the field of baseball performance science and player development, currently serving as an Assistant in Baseball Performance Science for the Tampa Bay Rays since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin held a position as an Associate in Player Development with the New York Mets from March to November 2021. Additionally, Kevin completed an internship in Research & Strategy at Provoke Insights, where responsibilities included creating research proposals, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and designing strategies based on insights. Previous experience includes internships in project management at Prodigy Network, legal support at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and externship at the 1st Judicial District - New York County - Surrogate's Court. Kevin began education at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, obtaining a high school diploma in 2016, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and Economics from Lafayette College in 2020.
