Santiago Alvarado

Santiago Alvarado serves as the Youth Development Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Rowdies since January 2023, overseeing all youth programs. Previously, Alvarado held positions as Operations Coordinator and Team Operations Intern at Orlando City SC, where responsibilities included connecting with the MLS 1st Team and creating game and travel itineraries. Alvarado also contributed to Webber International University as an Assistant Soccer Coach, planning training sessions for the men's soccer reserves team, and was the Head Coach for the reserves team at Fk Orlando in the 4th division of American soccer. Additional experience includes coaching roles at Florida Kraze Krush and XL Soccer World, and working as a Deep Water Lifeguard at Universal Orlando Resort. Alvarado holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Business Management from Webber International University and two Associate of Arts degrees from Valencia College in Business Administration and Sports and Exercise.
