Mandi Rice

Mandi Rice is an experienced professional in water resource management, currently serving as Assistant Executive Director at the Southwest Florida Water Management District since October 2016. In this role, Mandi functions as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing daily operations, budget management, and asset administration for multiple divisions. Mandi has also held various leadership positions at Tampa Bay Water since 1998, including O&M Section Leader, Senior Manager of Construction, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included operational oversight, construction management of significant projects, and contract procurement. Mandi holds a BSCE and MSCE in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Water Resources from the University of South Florida, earned between 1987 and 1993.
