Josh McCarley

Josh McCarley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Josh is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Tampa Brass and Aluminum since June 2022. Prior to this, from November 2017 to June 2023, they worked as a Program Manager at C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC, managing multimillion-dollar programs and ensuring compliance with international regulations. From October 2014 to October 2017, they served as a Project Manager at Metters Incorporated, overseeing multiple multimillion-dollar projects and assisting with contracts. Josh also worked as a Subject Matter Expert - Aviation Specialist at AVNIK Defense Solutions, Inc. from November 2013 to October 2014, advising on Army Aviation projects.
