Jeremy Cain

Jeremy Cain, P.Eng, currently serves as the Director of Bayside Power Station at Tampa Electric since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Engineering and Maintenance Manager at the same facility. Prior to this, Jeremy was the Physical Asset Manager at Emera Energy from September 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing and implementing a Corporate Asset Management Program as well as providing technical support for power plants. Jeremy's career in the energy sector began at Bayside Power LP, where from June 2003 to September 2013, positions included Production Manager and Project Manager, notably overseeing the first GT24 Gas Turbine upgrade in the world to undertake an MXL2 upgrade. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a degree in Civil Technology from New Brunswick Community College.
