Sarah Hays

Sarah Hays has a diverse work experience. Sarah currently works at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, where they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations-Youth Enrichment at the same organization. Sarah also served as the Executive Director for Before/After School Enrichment. Before joining Tampa YMCA, Sarah worked at the YMCA of South Florida, where they held the positions of Associate Executive Director and Senior Program Director. Sarah also has experience as a Director at Cambridge Preschools and Hunter's Green Country Club. Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Member Services Manager at Capital City Club and an Assistant Director of Family Programs at YMCA.
