Kati Mehtälä

Kati Mehtälä is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Meidän lapset and Founder of Toinen Tulevaisuus Oy and Toinen Totuus Oy, Kati also holds positions as a Kouluttaja at Rastor-instituutti and TAKK Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture and various leadership positions at Innovation Home, as well as a Chief Customer Officer at Porkkanapankki. Kati's educational background includes training in solution-focused brief therapy, motivational leadership, and physiotherapy, supported by studies at institutions such as Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
