Martha Schultz began their work experience as a National Sales Manager at Scranton-Grillette in 1990, where they oversaw a territory of six states and was responsible for new business and major account maintenance. Martha then moved on to become a Regional Sales Manager at Donohue-Meehan, where they managed the Convenience Store Decisions Magazine division from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they joined the National Retail Federation as a Regional Sales Manager for STORES Magazine, where they successfully managed a 16-state territory and collaborated with a team on marketing programs and trade shows. In 2000, Martha joined Datascan, LP as a Sales Development Manager, where they led the development and cultivation of retail accounts in the inventory control hardware/software sector across the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Moving on to OmniCounts, LLC in 2019, they served as a Sales Development Manager, overseeing the implementation of a game-changing mobile on-demand platform for physical inventories and stock audits. Martha's most recent role was as the Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at TT, LLC in 2023.

Martha Schultz attended Southern Methodist University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance.
