Head of Product and Design at Tamr

Arthur Lee is currently the Head of Product and Design at Tamr. Prior to this, Arthur served as the Vice President of Product Management and Design at ETQ from December 2018 to December 2020. Arthur was responsible for leading and creating the new product management and design team, charged with product strategy, go-to-market plans, and the product roadmap. Arthur also analyzed acquisition candidates to expand the product portfolio with a positive impact on the income statement. Furthermore, Arthur led a new analytics initiative to create a new product offering, which led to the company’s first product acquisition to enable analytics strategy and go-to-market.

Before ETQ, Arthur served as the Vice President of Product Design & User Experience at Qlik from January 2010 to December 2018. In this role, Arthur was responsible for guiding product design to elevate the competitive differentiation of Qlik solutions among customers. Arthur also managed a team of 27 people and an annual budget of $4.8M. Under Arthur’s leadership, the team shifted away from a focus on feature and technical outcomes by instilling a focus on design thinking. This led to the creation of universal design principals used in the planning of product roadmaps. Furthermore, Arthur formalized qualitative user testing with benchmarking to enhance user outcomes and ensure metrics utilization for future product initiatives; an approach which decreased a key usability metric for user flow by 58%.

Arthur Lee's educational career would include completing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing at Boston College.
