Jason Tong

Jason Tong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Tandem Engineering Group, Jason oversees large-scale construction projects. As the Founder and President of JADE Innovations, Inc., Jason has leveraged over 30 years of manufacturing expertise to provide comprehensive SaaS solutions that streamline the entire product life cycle for manufacturers. Previous roles include Program Manager at Reko International Group Inc. and Service Program Manager at Eagle Press & Equipment Co. Ltd., among others, where Jason demonstrated strong leadership in operations, implementation of quality management systems, and cost-saving initiatives. Jason holds a diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology with a focus on Quality from Mohawk College.
