Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Stanford Health Care, where pivotal programs in employee engagement and diversity were launched, and Vice President of Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente, managing a workforce of over 10,000. David holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
