David Goodwin

David Goodwin is the current Product Manager for Deposits at Tandem. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product at Neonomics from February 2019 to February 2022. David was responsible for setting the strategic direction, design, and delivery of the B2B product set, utilizing Open Banking / PSD2 services of European banks.

From August 2017 to February 2019, Goodwin was the Senior Product Manager - Deposits at Tandem Money. David was responsible for the commercial and customer acquisition strategy for deposits, as well as the ongoing management and optimisation of Tandem’s £500m savings and current account portfolio.

Goodwin has extensive experience in product management and has played a critical role in identifying key opportunities for building and growing portfolios. Their success has been centered on identifying commercial partners to help grow and scale businesses, whilst collaborating with teams across businesses to deliver ambitious growth targets.

David Goodwin completed a Bachelor of Science in Geography at the University of St Andrews. David then obtained a certification from CIMA in the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.

Their manager is Sven Schindele, Head of Banking Products. They work with Adam Griffiths - Risk & Pricing Director, Cian Simmonds - Senior Product Manager, Digital, and Joshua Coxall - Credit Card Portfolio Manager.
