Steve Peacock is an experienced executive in the fields of risk management, compliance, and internal audit. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Outcomes and Internal Controls and Chief Internal Audit Officer at Tandem Bank, Steve has a proven track record of leading internal audit functions, transitioning audit models, and overseeing compliance and financial crime matters. Previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at Oplo, Director of Audit, Risk and Compliance at Lowell Group, and Chief Risk Officer at thinkmoney, where Steve oversaw enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. With a strong background in process improvement and regulatory compliance, Steve brings significant expertise gained from key positions at Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS.
