Toni McMillen

Toni McMillen has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Director of Care Navigation and Adult Nurse Practitioner at Tandigm Health since January 2016. Previously, Toni held the position of Adjunct Instructor at Wilmington University from September 2014 to November 2022 and worked as a Nurse Practitioner with DaVita Healthcare Partners in Philadelphia from November 2016 to April 2018, specializing in home visits. Toni's earlier career includes significant experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in cardiology at Christiana Care Health System from February 1988 to November 2016. Toni earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practitioner from the University of Delaware between 2009 and 2013.
