Rajesh Chari

Rajesh Chari is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in business transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Tandon Group since February 2025, Rajesh focuses on conceptualizing and implementing special projects and transformation initiatives across the group. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Vice President at Syrma Sgs Technology Ltd. from February 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included M&A and business transformation, and also served as GM Finance & Strategy, emphasizing business process improvement. Rajesh has experience as Director of Finance at NAPC Limited, where the focus was also on M&A, and was the Group Head of Finance & Accounts at RmKV Group, leading business transformation projects. Rajesh began a career at Deloitte, progressing from Trainee to Manager over nearly a decade. Rajesh is currently furthering expertise through the CFO Programme at the Indian School of Business. Rajesh is an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
