I run a serious, yet at the same time down to earth marketing and design agency. We operate assisting not only businesses, but more specifically we try to cater our services and assist those in the fields of art, music and film. With that said, we are always looking for new talent and we admire creativity in the workplace. We strongly encourage it. Being honest and efficient is also key to working here. Last, but not least, you have to have a sense of humor. We are an organization filled with love and laughs.

My agency operates as an open room where thoughts can flow easily. I encourage all ideas and always operate with an 'open door' policy in mind. I am always here, whether it be personal or professional and I never judge. We all have stories, I would love to hear yours!

Along with owning and running a web agency, I am also a touring musician and have traveled much of the United States. It is a hectic life, but I love it!

• How do you like to run meetings?

  Meetings are held for a purpose and so with that said, when there is a meeting that needs to be conducted, we work with everyone's schedules to meet either via Zoom or in person. Both are effective and both methods are used in our organization.
