Dondz Bolante

Dondz Bolante is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in bartending and promotion. Currently serving as Host, Promoter, and Head Bartender at Chotto Matte since October 2019, Dondz also holds similar roles at Alegria Cozinha Moderna & Sangria Bar and Coconut Club, both since March and February 2018, respectively. In addition, Dondz has been a Brand Ambassador, Mixologist, Barman, Endorser, and Influencer for Tanduay Distillers Inc. since December 2016. Previous roles include Mixologist and Host at Tipple And Slaw, starting in April 2015, and varied positions at multiple venues such as Coconut Club and others since November 2009, demonstrating a strong commitment to the hospitality industry.
