Alan McGinn

As a Vice President of Tandym Pro, Alan has become a key member of the firm’s largest group. After joining the firm in 2007, Alan quickly set himself apart through his tireless devotion to the job seekers and clients with whom he works.

Alan was born and spent much of his life in Dublin, Ireland, where he obtained a Master’s in Accounting from the Michael Smurfitt School of Business at University College Dublin, before moving to the US in 2003. Alan is an Irish Chartered Accountant and is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, most notably ACAUS – an association representing 7,000 expatriate Chartered Accountants in the U.S. As part of his continued ACAUS involvement, he has chaired presentations and discussions concerning the job market on several different occasions. He began his professional career in KPMG Dublin’s Financial Services division as an auditor before moving onto PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City and then spending time in Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Treasury group.
