Anida Fregjaj

Anida Fregjaj possesses extensive experience in workforce solutions and health services, currently serving as Managing Director at Tandym Group since April 2014, with roles encompassing strategic accounts, health services, and senior management positions. Prior to Tandym Group, Anida worked as an International Program and Policy Development Associate at the Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office from September 2012 to February 2014, and as Director's Assistant at Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center from September 2008 to August 2013. Anida's academic credentials include a Master of Social Work focused on Leadership and Macro Practice from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University.
