Matt Nearhoof

Matt Nearhoof, APTD, currently serves as Managing Director of HR Learning and Development at Tandym Group, a company focused on human-centered solutions that utilize advanced AI to enhance team performance and business initiatives. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Managing Director of Talent Management at Metro Systems, Inc., an expanding IT recruiting and staffing firm, and previously worked as a Senior Delivery Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Penn State University.
