Daniel Del Nido

Assistant Director, Education Program at Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding

Daniel del Nido is an experienced educator currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Education Program at TANENBAUM since August 2020, after previously holding the role of Senior Education Program Associate. Prior to this position, Daniel worked at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2013 to August 2020, where responsibilities included teaching as a Core Lecturer and Postdoctoral Fellow, as well as serving as a Graduate Student Preceptor and Rapporteur. Daniel's teaching focused on Contemporary Civilization, incorporating diverse media and cultural experiences. Daniel also coordinated logistics for the Columbia University Seminar for Comparative Philosophy. Additionally, Daniel was an Adjunct Instructor at Pace University from September 2014 to June 2015, designing and teaching courses on World Religions and Ethics. Daniel earned a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Religion/Religious Studies from Columbia University between 2010 and 2017.
