Ross Henderson

Ross Henderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategies and human capital management, currently serving as Large Enterprise Account Director for Healthcare at LinkedIn since February 2016. In this role, Ross focuses on helping healthcare organizations enhance talent acquisition and employee engagement to improve health outcomes. Prior to LinkedIn, Ross was the COO and Board Director at Emptech, contributing to its growth as a leading provider of cloud-based HR solutions. Additionally, Ross founded ClickTex, Inc., raising significant venture capital and establishing a successful international B2B marketplace. Ross is also a Certified Master Black Belt Instructor with expertise in multiple martial arts, having guided numerous students to achieve high ranks.
