Rustam Levshukov

Rustam Levshukov has a diverse and extensive work experience in digital marketing and advertising. Rustam is currently working as the Head of Digital Performance at Tangem, where they are responsible for increasing sales of cold crypto wallets in the USA. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Internet Commerce Department at OTP Bank (Russia) and was responsible for digital marketing strategies and overseeing the marketing budget. Rustam also served as the Head of Digital Marketing at Societe Generale and the Head of Internet Commerce at Raiffeisen Bank Russia, where they developed digital acquisition tools, executed lead generation programs, and managed budgets. Additionally, Rustam Levshukov held various managerial roles in web development, marketing, and advertising departments at Zebra Telecom, Transstroybank, TNK "Konvers", and Advertising and Information Corporation "RostMediaGroup". Overall, they have a strong background in performance marketing, strategic planning, and data-driven optimization.

Rustam Levshukov completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Sociology from Southern Federal University (former Rostov State University) during the period of 2000 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification in Turkish language (B1 level) from TÖMER Tomer Turkce Turkish language courses in March 2023.
