Ben Marney

Ben Marney has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and customer service sectors. Ben worked at Tangent International from 2019 to the present, holding various positions such as Principal Practice Manager, Global Practice Manager, and Practice Lead, specializing in permanent search and retention. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Search & Retention Consultant at Tangent International from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Tangent International, they served as a Recruitment Consultant at Interpro People from 2017 to 2019. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Associate at Abbatt Property Services, and from 2015 to 2016, they were a Customer Service Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland Business.

From 2013 to 2015, Ben Marney attended Seevic College, where they pursued a Level 3 IT Extended Diploma in Information Technology.
