Kari Gersch

Kari Gersch is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently at Tangent since June 2021, Kari has focused on standardizing work processes and facilitating new product development. Previously at Crane Payment Innovations from December 2019 to June 2021, Kari developed documentation for assembly processes and conducted time studies to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes nearly eight years at Plexus, where Kari led various Kaizen events, optimized factory layouts using AutoCAD, and managed assembly departments while creating standard work practices. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University, earned in 2009.
