Ann Hsu Kaufman

Ann Hsu Kaufman has extensive work experience in the legal field, specializing in real estate transactions. Ann is currently employed as a Senior Counsel at Tanger Outlets since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Valence LLP as an Attorney from January 2019 to December 2022.

From 2016 to 2022, Ann practiced as an Attorney at Rogers Yogodzinksi LLP, where they represented sellers and buyers in various commercial real estate transactions in Washington, DC. Their responsibilities included drafting and negotiating leases and other agreements, reviewing property documents, and handling related corporate matters.

Before joining Rogers Yogodzinksi LLP, Ann worked as an Attorney in the Real Estate Development Group at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP from March 2013 to August 2016. Ann specialized in negotiating and managing mixed-use residential and commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and acquisition matters.

From September 2011 to July 2012, Ann served as Counsel at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, where they negotiated contracts for corporations, real estate developers, and institutional lenders in mergers and acquisitions and real estate development transactions. Ann also represented lenders in commercial workouts of distressed properties and foreclosures.
