Jeanne st. Germain

Jeanne St. Germain has extensive work experience in the retail industry, primarily in property operations and management. From January 2021 until the present, they have served as the Operations Director at Tanger Outlets, where they are responsible for maintaining efficient operations of the shopping center, managing mechanical systems and construction practices, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Jeanne also forecasts property expenses, manages capital projects, and assists with specialty leasing and marketing programs.

Prior to their current role, Jeanne worked as the General Manager at Tanger Outlets from March 2015 until their promotion in January 2021. In this position, they oversaw property operations, marketing, and tenant coordination. Jeanne successfully increased sales and traffic through event planning, implemented strategies to raise NOI, and maintained the property to the highest standards.

Before joining Tanger Outlets, Jeanne worked at Chef John Folse as the Accounts Receivable Manager from September 2009 to March 2015. In this role, they managed accounting tasks such as financial statement preparation, payroll, and accounts receivable. Jeanne also handled logistics and inventory management, reconciling inventory and coordinating shipments.

Jeanne began their career at Tanger Outlets in September 2004 as the General Manager, a position they held until March 2009.

Jeanne St. Germain completed their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Nicholls State University. Jeanne attended the university from 1991 to 1996.
