Julia Hare

Julia Hare has extensive experience in the field of marketing and business development. Julia is currently working as the Regional Manager of Marketing Partnerships at Tanger Outlets since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Simon Property Group as the Regional Director of Business Development from February 2017 to September 2022. During their time at Simon, they were responsible for managing and developing retail real estate assets across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before joining Simon Property Group, Julia held the position of Regional Director of Business Development at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2017. Julia also worked as an Account Director at GS&F from January 2014 to September 2014, and as the Director of Client Services at cj Advertising from June 2012 to May 2013.

Julia has additional experience in account management and advertising. Julia worked as an Account Director at G&M Plumbing from October 2010 to March 2012, as an Account Director (Hispanic) at Háblame Advertising from September 2009 to September 2010, as an Account Supervisor at Ogilvy Mather from March 2006 to January 2009, and as an Account Supervisor at Dailey & Associates from July 2000 to March 2006.

Julia Hare holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Iowa. In addition to their undergraduate studies, they have obtained several certifications including the Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Google in October 2022, the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2022, and the Certified Digital Marketing Professional/AMA Professional Certified Marketer PCM in Digital Marketing (DMI/AMA) from the Digital Marketing Institute in November 2021.
