Monica Trego

Monica Trego has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Monica began their career in 1989 as a Tourism Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton. From 1996 to 2013, they worked at Discover Lancaster as a Meeting and Convention Sales Director, where they had primary experience and responsibility for sales and marketing, event and meeting planning, international tourism sales, and partnership development. Since 2013, Monica has been a part of Tanger Outlets, starting as a General Manager and later taking on the role of Marketing Director. As the General Manager, they were responsible for all marketing and operational efforts to increase the value and drive traffic and sales for Tanger Outlets- Lancaster, including overseeing the opening of a new construction project and the addition of new retailers. Currently, Monica holds the position of Marketing Director at Tanger Outlets.

Monica Trego earned their Associate in Specialized Business degree in Tourism/Business Operations from Central Penn College. Monica attended the college from 1982 to 1984.
