Dean Harris has extensive experience in channel management and customer retention within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Wholesale Channel Manager at More Telecom Pty Ltd since June 2014 and Channel Account Manager at Tangerine since April 2014, Dean is focused on managing and developing wholesale channels. Prior to these roles, Dean was National Head of Loyalty at IF Telecom from October 2005 to June 2014, where responsibilities included customer retention, business recovery, acquisition of new customers across various business sizes, and leading the outbound telesales team in both Melbourne and Manila.
