Nozipho Ndlovu

Nozipho Ndlovu is an experienced professional in fraud analysis and client relations, currently serving as a Fraud Claims Analyst at Tangerine since May 2019, a position previously known as Senior Fraud Analyst. Ndlovu has developed expertise in fraud analysis through various roles, including as a Senior Fraud Analyst and Fraud Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Client Relationship Specialist and Client Service Specialist, assisting clients with deposit and registered accounts. Ndlovu's career began at NetOne Cellular Private Limited as a Customer Service Representative, followed by a legal role at the International Humanitarian Law & Human Rights Trust and a social policy internship at UNICEF Zimbabwe. Ndlovu holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Africa University, a Bachelor of Arts-Honors in Politics, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science, both from the University of the Witwatersrand.
