Padmanabh Jha

Padmanabh Jha, also known as Paddy, holds an MBA specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services from McMaster University and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Payments, Client Engagement and Innovation at Tangerine since June 2020, Padmanabh leads all payments initiatives at the bank. Previous roles include Senior Manager Product Owner for Small Business and Product Manager for Payments & Day To Day Banking, where outstanding contributions included delivering AML KYC initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholder communication, and executing a Payments Modernization program. A solid foundation in analytics and process optimization was established through roles at Appficiency Inc., RBC, Verizon, and Infosys. Padmanabh's background also features experience in marketing technologies and data analysis, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in product management, strategic consulting, and technical analysis within the financial sector.
