Iga Sienczylo

Iga Sienczylo has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Iga is currently working as the Director of Clinical Trials at Tango Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rubius Therapeutics as a Director of Clinical Operations from 2019 to 2022 and as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations from 2019 to 2022. Before Rubius, they were a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Unum Therapeutics from 2017 to 2019.

Iga also gained significant experience at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, where they held multiple positions. Iga worked as a Clinical Trial Manager from 2015 to 2017, overseeing various cancer studies. Before that, they served as a Clinical Trials Associate, supporting global Phase II Registration enabling and Pivotal Phase III clinical oncology studies from 2014 to 2015. Iga started their career at Merrimack as a GxP Specialist from 2011 to 2014, focusing on bringing the IHC lab in-house and managing clinical trial samples.
