Felipe Ramirez

Felipe Ramirez is the Controller at Tango. Felipe has over 15 years of experience in accounting and tax consulting. Felipe developed, implemented, and monitored an effective management tax strategy to clients according to their needs and resources complying with Mexican tax laws minimizing their taxation exposure. Felipe also analysed the application of new tax reforms in advance, building scenarios impacts considering different expertise and backgrounds, assessing risks and creating the best solutions for each scenario. In their previous role as Accounting Manager at Talabarteria Granados, Felipe was responsible for the financial reporting on ERP SAP, critically analysing the reconciliation of balance sheets, and monitoring spending against budget to ensure the effectiveness of appliance and accuracy.

Ramirez began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Universidad de Colima. Felipe then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen.
