Daniela Zarbo

Daniela Zarbo is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in instructional design and service excellence, currently holding multiple roles at Tangoe since October 2013, including Instructional Designer, Service Excellence Enablement Specialist, Global Service Desk Trainer in Operations, and Quality Analyst. Prior to this, Daniela gained valuable experience as a Process Technician at PepsiCo from July 2009 to July 2010. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 2007 and 2011, and has a foundational education from GIS from 2000 to 2007.
