Jayashree Raman

Jayashree Raman has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, particularly in the technology industry. Jayashree is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Tangoe, where they oversee HR operations and analytics for India, Australia, and other global regions. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Tangoe.

Before joining Tangoe, Jayashree worked at OpenText as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they provided strategic and operational HR leadership to drive business success. Jayashree also played a key role in developing the company's HR organization and acted as an internal consultant for senior leaders, managers, and employees.

Earlier in their career, Jayashree served as the Head of Human Resources for GXS India, where they improved HR communications, collaboration among senior leaders, and implemented various initiatives to enhance employee morale and reduce attrition rate. Jayashree also worked at Pepper Square Software Services Pvt Ltd as the HR Manager, responsible for establishing HR policies and managing recruitment with limited resources.

Prior to that, Jayashree worked as the Manager of Candidate Services at JobsDB India Pvt Ltd, where they rolled out candidate service programs and generated revenue through these initiatives. Before that, they served as a Sales Support at Jobsahead.

Jayashree Raman obtained a degree in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak in 2019. In 2018-2019, they pursued a degree in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to that, they earned a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001. During the years 1996 to 1998, they attended I C F Silver Jubliee where they completed high school with a focus on Business/Commerce. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Life Purpose Life Coach and Certified Happiness Life Coach from Transformation Academy in the years 2020 and 2019 respectively. Jayashree also received an Advanced Human Resource Management programme certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2015.
