Christienne Ruth has worked in various roles since 1998. Christienne began their career with the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Physiology Instructor, Aerospace Physiology Technician, Program Manager, Section Chief, First Sergeant, and Superintendent, Aerospace and Operational Physiology. Christienne retired from the Air Force in 2019 and went on to work as an Acquisitions Program Manager for COLSA and a Human Subject Panel Program Manager for KBR Careers - Gov Solutions. Currently, they are employed as a Program Manager for Tangram Flex.
Christienne Ruth has a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Christienne also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Management from Park University from 2009 to 2013. In addition, Christienne Ruth has obtained several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2022, a Women Lead Certificate from the University of Dayton Center for Leadership in August 2022, a Project Management Certificate from Baldwin Wallace University in March 2022, and a Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force in August 2013.
