James "Jeb" Bartosik has a long and varied work experience. James "Jeb" began their career in 1997 as a Lead Space Force Enhancement Analyst for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Detachment. James "Jeb" then moved to the 1st Space Control Squadron as Flight Commander, where they were responsible for leading officer, enlisted and civilian communication & information management personnel in Cheyenne Mountain. In 2008, they became Program Manager for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where they planned and executed a $14M Weapons Delivery Optimization budget. From 2012-2016, they were a Branch Chief of the Future Air Capability Branch at Headquarters Air Force Research Laboratory, where they were responsible for leading a military/civilian branch of five personnel and aligning $2.5B in S&T profile for ACC and AMC needs. In 2017, they became Program Manager 3 at Alion Science and Technology, and then Program Manager/Systems Engineer at HII Mission Driven Innovative Solutions (HII-MDIS) in 2018. Currently, they are SCARS Systems Engineer at Tangram Flex, where they lead a team of 8 sub-contractors and 8 other AFRL support contractors.
James "Jeb" Bartosik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute between 1992 and 1996. James "Jeb" then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Portland State University.
