Anna West is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer education and learning strategy, currently serving as the Customer Education Manager at ChurnZero since January 2022, overseeing the development and enhancement of learning products. In addition, Anna works as a Learning Strategy Consultant at Tangram Learning, where innovative learning solutions are crafted to align with client goals.
