Prior roles include IT Analyst positions at Tangspac Consulting and Optimum Solutions, where responsibilities involved incident resolution, device configuration, and managing user accounts. Earlier technical support experience was gained at ITCAN Pte Ltd and eTelecare Global Solutions, focusing on hardware and software assistance and project engagement.
