Subagio Kusuma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and banking technology sector. Since 1996, Subagio has served as the Managing Partner at Tangspac Consulting, specializing in end-to-end executive search and selection as well as IT professional services. Prior to this role, Subagio worked at Citibank as a BA / Implementation Manager, overseeing various projects from inception to implementation, including Y2K initiatives and teller system migrations. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Consultant at S1 Corporation, where Subagio provided consulting services to global banks, and as an IT Analyst at Bull SA, managing large-scale projects for Indonesian government agencies. Subagio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Monash University, earned in two phases from 1989 to 1992.
