Andrew Hauptner

Andrew Hauptner has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Tank Holding Corp. since March 2022. Prior to their current role, Andrew has held various leadership positions at The Step2 Company. Andrew served as the COO of Step2 Discovery from October 2017 to December 2021 and as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering from October 2011 to October 2017. Andrew also held the positions of Vice President of Engineering, Product Development, and Safety from October 2009 to October 2011, Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing from February 2006 to October 2009, and Senior Product Engineer from April 2000 to February 2006. Andrew started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at The Lubrizol Corporation's Driveline Section from June 1993 to April 2000.

Andrew Hauptner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1993.
