A.G. Ravindranath Reddy

Dr Reddy is on the Board of Directors at Tanla Platforms Limited (formerly known as Tanla Solutions Limited) since 2014. He holds a graduate degree from Sri Venkateswara University and Sri Krishnadevaraya University, and a doctorate for his thesis on “Role of Shareholders in Corporate Governance”. He is a practising Company Secretary and a corporate consultant, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His 30+ years of experience which includes advicing listed companies under SEBI guidelines, helps Tanla to manage corporate governance.
