Dhanalakshmi Seshachalam

Dhanalakshmi Seshachalam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dhanalakshmi is currently working at Tanla Platforms Limited as the Senior Director of Engineering & QA for Tanla Solutions Ltd. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions in quality assurance and engineering. At mGage LLC, they served as the Director of QA and led a team of testers and programmers, focusing on automation testing for web applications. Dhanalakshmi also worked as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at mGage LLC, where they managed a 14-member team and collaborated with onsite teams in different countries. At Karix, they served as the Director of Engineering & QA, and at Velti, they held the role of QA Manager, leading a team and spearheading the creation of test plans and processes. Dhanalakshmi also played a pivotal role in creating a sub-team dedicated to automation testing for messaging products. Before that, at Air2Web, they were the Team Lead, responsible for leading a team of testers and enhancing the performance and reliability of the SMS messaging platform. Their work experience also includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Fidelity National Information Services.

Dhanalakshmi Seshachalam holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University. Dhanalakshmi also completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from SIET, Madras University.
