Hatem Abouelenein

Hatem Abouelenein brings over 13 years of operating and consulting experience in the HR arena within various industries across the region. Prior to joining Tanmeyah, Hatem held various positions at CIB since 2013, the most recent of which was Head of Compensation and Benefits. There, he was responsible for entire pay and benefits policies as well as initiating the development of the People Insights division and heading the automation of several HR activities. Hatem was also Consultant, Account Manager and Business Developer at Hay Group Middle East, while he worked closely with clients in designing HR related solutions.

Hatem holds a BA Business Administration and International Trade, with a Marketing concentration.
