Renee Gilbert has over 15 years of work experience in the field of compliance engineering and regulatory affairs. Renee began their career in 2005 as a QC Analyst at Lohmann Animal Health. In 2007, they took on the role of Chemical Hygiene Supervisor at Cumberland County College, where they were responsible for the safety of students and faculty on campus, as well as the acquisition and inventory of all chemicals used in the science labs. In 2016, they became a Resource Coordinator at Saint Joseph's University, where they served as both the purchasing agent and budget administrator for the Chemistry Department and as the Chemical Hygiene Officer. In 2018, they joined Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc. as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In this role, they identified and interpreted relevant regulations and technical documents in support of their vendor and customer business relationships. In 2021, they began working as an Associate Compliance Engineer at Baymar Solutions and as a Quality and Regulatory Manager at Tanner Industries.

Renee Gilbert has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from The Johns Hopkins University (2020-2023), an MBA in Finance from Wilmington University (2012-2015), a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Rowan University (2001-2005), and an Associate of Science (AS) in Math/Science from Cumberland County College (1996-2000). Renee also holds certifications in DOT Hazardous Materials and RCRA Hazardous Waste from Waste Strategies, LLC, which they obtained in December 2016.
